Red Breads offers classes that focus hands on experience involving all of your senses, historical and cultural context of food, necessary science and building a foundation of technique for your creative expression. All classes are based on oranic ingredients sourced from local farms.  Topics include:

Chef Rose Lawrence has taught at The new School of Cooking, The Gourmandise School, L.A.
