Classes

Red Breads offers classes that focus hands on experience involving all of your senses, historical and cultural context of food, necessary science and building a foundation of technique for your creative expression. All classes are based on oranic ingredients sourced from local farms.  Topics include:

• Charcuterie
• Jam Making & Canning

• rustic cooking & Baking
• Natural Sodas
• pasta by hand

Chef Rose Lawrence has taught at The new School of Cooking, The Gourmandise School, L.A. Red Bread is always popping up somewhere.  We do public events, including classes, festivals and markers markets.  We also do private events, including friends & Family Classes, Corporate Team Building, full catering or dessert catering for weddings, celebrations and fundraisers.
