Throughout the year we put up micro batches of jam to celebrate the best of California fruit from local organic farms. All jams are made in traditional copper pots using unrefined cane sugar, fresh meyer lemon juice and no added artificial pectin. We work with each fruit to find it's perfect pairing, to bring the magic flavor of that first bite of the season into a jar.
Spread it on toast, make your own fruit on the bottom yogurt, top your granola, fold into cakes, fill a tart....there are endless possibilities with our jewel toned richly flavored jams.
Fruits of the Forest - Blackberry and Raspberry join together with split vanilla bean and orange bitters for a full flavored festive jam.
Cara Cara Fennel Marmalade - Cara Cara Oranges sliced thin paired with fennel fronds for added depth makes a rich marmalade perfect for spending on toast or folding into your favorite baked goods.
Meyer Lemon Vanilla Marmalade - Meyer Lemons, a CA treasure are a cross between lemons and tangerines. Here we pair them with lemon verbena and vanilla bean for a tart, floral and delicate lemon jam with fine slivers of peel suspended in it.
Oro Blanco Kiwi Marmalade - Taste the tropics in winter. We've paired beautiful Kiwi with Oro Blanco, one of our favorite in season citrus. The two compliment each other and lend themselves to a bright jam with delicate peel and black seeds suspended like a galaxy. Very limited run of this exquisite marmalade.
Raspberry Rose Geranium - Tart Raspberry pairs with floral Rose Geranium. An intoxicatingly fragrant jam, that goes great on scones.
Blueberry Cinnamon - A classic childhood jam of blueberries and cinnamon. No better jam for morning toast.
Strawberry Basil - A house favorite jam for the classic PB & J, or stuffing into hand pies. No one can say no to this herbaceous berry jam.
Rhubarb Ginger Blossom - Tart pink rhubarb pairs with ginger and the first blossoms of lavender for a zingy and aromatic jam.
