Our newest cookie that we are completely obsessed with is inspired by the Canada Cookie famous on Vancouver Island, BC trails. We have put our own riff on it....here is the we "Canookie". We started we spelt kernels, stone ground in house keeping all of this buttery grain intact. Next we fold in oats, coconut flakes, puffed brown rice and white chocolate. This cookie is buttery and unbeatable for breakfast, snack, dessert or hitting the trail.
18 large cookies. Cookies keep for 2 weeks. Cookies can be eaten fresh or frozen and enjoyed later, simply wrap tightly and move to freezer. Cookies take 1 hour to defrost on counter top.
