Our award winning pies begin with our crust. We start with a whole grain crust with sourdough starter for full fermentation. We offer a mixed whole grain and a 100% hard red whole wheat. Mixed Whole Grain Crust is a mix of whole grains featuring sonora and einkorn. Each crust is expertly paired with seasonal ingredients to bring the best flavor out of both. Both our grains and our fillings are sourced from organic local farmers. All flours are stone ground from Grist & Toll. Our offerings change as the market does and may occasionally require substitutions. ALL PIES ARE DEEP DISH AND SERVE 8 PEOPLE.
Pies keep for 1 week. Pies can be eaten fresh or frozen and enjoyed later, simply wrap tightly and move to freezer. Pies take a 2 hour to defrost on counter top.

Chocolate Transparent Pie - A kentucky favorite this pie is made with a unique light custard base, incredibly silky and delicious we add dark ganache to make it crazy good. The result is a just set pie with a sugar crackle crust, in a mixed whole grain crust.
