BEEHIVE CAKES are 5 layers of 6” across and one 4” layer for a total of six layers. They tower at 9-10” tall and serve 15-20 people. They are shaped like a towering beehive. APRICOT: Brown Butter Cake, Blenheim Apricot Jam, Lemon Verbena Custard, Pistachio Buttercream
BERRY: Millet Malt Cake, Muscavado Milk Soak, Sweetened Cream, fresh raspberries, blueberries and strawberries, Tonka Vanilla Buttercream (gluten free)
YUZU: Lemon Corn Cake, Yuzu Soak, Yuzu Curd, Yuzu Lemon Buttercream (gluten free)
PASSIONFRUIT: Sonora Olive Oil Cake, Passionfruit Soak, Passionfruit Curd, Cream Cheese Mousse, Passionfruit Buttercream
CUSTOM: You select your dream flavors, colors, florals, flours to inspire your one of a kind dream cake and provide them in the notes at check out. You will receive a follow up email only if there are additional questions necessary to proceed with making your cake. You can also email any inspiration photos to hello@eatredbread.com. Chef Rose will combine them the best way into something magical. Allergens required. Select this option also if you want to make any cake a gluten free version of any cake. Increased fee for additional ingredients and labor.

PICK UP ON ANY CELEBRATION DAY, SELECT DATE AT CHECKOUT. SUNDAY-TUESDAY PICK UP REQUIRE A RUSH FEE. Cakes are good in fridge 3-4 days. Please allow at least 5 days for us to make your masterpiece for your celebration!
