MISO BARLEY CHOCOLATE CHIP: A new classic! We use house fermented miso, tender wholegrain barley, dark and milk chocolate. Before baking we roll it in sesame seeds for even more flavor and crunch texture.

SEMOLINA CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE: SIMPLY THE BEST! Whole grain Durum or Semolina flour, creates a uniquely crispy edges and custard center cookie. Tons of wrinkles all over the cookie surface, a mix of milk and dark chocolate, and a sprinkling of flakey salt. This is the cookie of my dreams - and the one I most often bake for myself.
