Come celebrate the season of love. For individuals, sweethearts and friends!

Join chef and baker Rose Wilde for a Valentine’s morning in the garden celebrating blood oranges, pistachios, roses, and the pleasure of making something beautiful together.

Each pair will receive a fully stacked and crumb-coated 8-inch olive oil chiffon done filled with blood orange raspberry jam, layered with rose mascarpone, and finished with olive oil Swiss buttercream andan abundant table of citrus, herbs, flowers, and jewel-like seasonal garnishes. Together, we’ll explore composition, color, and how to decorate collaboratively without losing either person’s point of view.

Rose will demo stacking and cutting this style of cake.
