Our award winning pies begin with our crust. We start with a whole grain crust. Each crust is expertly paired with seasonal ingredients to bring the best flavor out of both. Both our grains and our fillings are sourced from organic local farmers. All flours are stone ground from Grist & Toll. Our offerings change as the market does and may occasionally require last minute substitutions.

SUDACHI: Sudachi Lime Custard, Salty Honey Whip in a Saltine Graham Crust
BLACK CURRANT CUSTARD: Blackcurrant Custard with Lemon Verbena Whip Cream in a Saltine Graham Crust
CHOCOLATE PECAN PRUNE: Toasted Pecans, Dark Chocolate and a touch of Jammy Prunes in an All Butter Sonora crust.
PUMPKIN: Kabocha and Sugar Pie Pumpkin Custard in an All butter Sonora Crust
