Our award winning pies begin with our crust. We start with a whole grain crust. Each crust is expertly paired with seasonal ingredients to bring the best flavor out of both. Both our grains and our fillings are sourced from organic local farmers. All flours are stone ground from Grist & Toll. Our offerings change as the market does and may occasionally require last minute substitutions.

Rhubarb Mulberry Crumble: Rhubarb, Mulberry, Rose Geranium in an all butter Sonora crust with a millet crumble.

Key Lime: Key Lime Custard, Makrut Lime Whip, Saltine Graham Crust
