Sesonal Pies
Our award-winning pies begin with the crust. We use whole-grain, stone-ground flour from Grist & Toll, paired with seasonal organic fruit, dairy, and market ingredients to bring out the deepest flavor in every slice. Offerings shift with the market and may require occasional last-minute substitutions.
SIZE & SERVINGS
All pies are deep dish, 9 inches, and serve 8–10.

Apple — caramel apple crumble in an all-butter Sonora crust
Sudachi — sudachi lime custard with salty honey whip in a saltine graham crust
Black Currant Custard — blackcurrant custard with lemon verbena whipped cream in a saltine graham crust
Buttermilk — classic buttermilk chess in an all-butter Sonora crust
Chocolate Pecan Prune — chunky chocolate and pecan in a honey-prune custard, baked in an all-butter Sonora crust
