A new classic. Made with house-fermented miso, tender whole-grain barley, and a mix of dark and milk chocolate. Rolled in sesame seeds before baking for added flavor and crunch.

Simply the best. Whole-grain durum/semolina flour creates a uniquely crisp-edged, custardy-centered cookie with deep wrinkles, rich chocolate, and a sprinkle of flaky salt. This is the cookie of my dreams — and the one I bake for myself most often.
