March 21 Carrots Cake Workshop
Celebrate the Spring Equinox with the beauty of the garden!
Join chef and baker Rose Wilde for a slow Sunday morning in the garden celebrating carrots, kumquats, honey, chamomile, tender herbs, flowers, and the first bright abundance of spring.
Each participant will receive a fully stacked and crumb-coated 6-inch carrot spice cake filled with kumquat marmalade, layered with salty honey cream cheese mousse, and finished with Tahini Swiss buttercream and an abundant table of seasonal garnishes. We’ll focus on composition and using herbs, flowers, fruit, and vegetables to create a garden that feels wild, generous, and alive.
