Mother's Day Cake Workshop — Garden Edition (Los Angeles)

Mother's Day Cake Workshop — Garden Edition (Los Angeles)
A hands-on Mother’s Day cake decorating experience at Sunset with Chef Rose Wilde
Join me in the garden for an intimate, relaxed, golden-hour cake workshop in Los Angeles designed to take you from layers to finished showstopper. Over the course of the evening, you’ll build and decorate your own 6-inch vanilla buttermilk layer cake—learning the essential techniques that make a cake feel polished, personal, and celebration-ready.
We’ll start with the foundations: how to stack and fill cleanly, work with an offset spatula for smooth buttercream finishes, and use a range of piping tips for texture and detail. From there, you’ll customize your cake with a full spread of house-made curds, jams, and custards, along with buttercream you’ll flavor and style to your liking.
The finishing table will be abundant—fresh fruit, edible flowers, and candied elements—so you can create a cake that feels generous, expressive, and entirely your own.

Friday, 6:00–8:00 PM (2 hours). Limited 12 participants.
