A hands-on cake decorating experience with Chef Rose Wilde.
Join me in the garden for a relaxed Sunday morning cake workshop in Los Angeles inspired by Stonefruit — paired with vanilla chiffon cake, summer stone fruit, cream and herbs. It’s California summer at its peak.
Each participant will receive a fully stacked and crumb-coated 6-inch vanilla chiffon cake filled with your choice of house made stone fruit jam (Nectarine or Greengage Plum), buttermilk whip cream, and ready to decorate with Olive oil Swiss buttercream and an abundant table of seasonal garnishes.
I’ll guide you through decorating techniques, buttercream textures, piping details, using cake combs, natural coloring, working safely with botanicals and the small styling choices that make a cake feel expressive and alive.
You’ll make it your own—pulling inspiration from the garden, the market, and the beautifully imperfect abundance of summer produce.
Expect herbs, edible flowers, fruit, candied elements, and plenty of room to play.
