July 12 Tomato Girl Cake Workshop

July 12 Tomato Girl Cake Workshop
Tomato Girl Summer π ππΏ
Join chef and baker Rose Wilde for a relaxed Sunday morning in the garden celebrating olive oil cake, sun-warmed tomatoes, stone fruit, herbs, flowers, and the blurry, beautiful line between savory and sweet.
Each participant will receive a fully stacked and crumb-coated 6-inch olive oil cake filled with housemade tomato-strawberry jam, layered with black pepper mascarpone whipped cream, then finished with tomato leaf Swiss buttercream and an abundant table of seasonal garnishes.
Expect tangled herbs, edible flowers, heirloom tomatoes, buttercream play, and plenty of room to make something entirely your own. Focus on safely using botanicals and exploring plant toxicity.
