Fig Fiesta!

Join chef and baker Rose Wilde for a slow Sunday morning in the garden celebrating figs, honey, walnuts, herbs, flowers, and the rich, savory-sweet feeling of the season beginning to turn.

Each participant will receive a fully stacked and crumb-coated 6-inch walnut chiffon cake filled with fig jam, layered with honey cream cheese mousse, and finished with bay leaf Swiss buttercream and an abundant table of seasonal garnishes. Focus on composition and how to sugar fruit.
