It’s the season of the witch! Time to play with chocolate and explore shape!
Join chef and baker Rose Wilde for a slow Sunday morning in the garden celebrating chocolate, quince, dark fruits, herbs, flowers, and the mysterious abundance of October.
Each participant will receive a fully stacked and crumb-coated 7-inch dome chocolate olive oil filled with ruby quince jam, layered with crème fraîche mousse, and finished with black cocoa German buttercream and an abundant table of seasonal garnishes. We’ll focus on composition, working with a dark color palette, and creating movement and abundance with autumn fruit, herbs, and flowers.
