A Holiday Centerpiece Class! Learn early and WOWO for the Holidays!
Join chef and baker Rose Wilde for a festive Sunday morning in the garden celebrating cream puffs, salted caramel, winter citrus, sugared fruit, herbs, flowers, and the joyful extravagance of the holiday season.
Each participant will build a 12-inch croquembouche from crisp choux filled with vanilla mousseline and layered onto a form with salted-caramel Swiss buttercream, then finish it from an abundant table of seasonal fruit, herbs, flowers, ribbons, and sparkling holiday garnishes. We’ll focus on filling choux, constructing a strong and graceful tower, and creating a centerpiece that feels opulent rather than overly precious.
